As COVID-19 continues to impact daily living across our country, LANE VENTURE is closely watching and listening to events as they unfold. Safety of our employees and community is first and foremost. For that reason, we are issuing this notice to our customers regarding changes to our operations as a result of COVID-19. We will continue to issue updates as things change. We value you as a customer and want you to stay safe and healthy.
Effective March 30, 2020, the state of NC issued a Stay-at-Home order for its residents. Based on the current official health guidelines, LANE VENTURE has temporarily suspended its manufacturing efforts. Most of our support staff, including Customer Service, is working remotely and is available by phone or email to assist you with orders, memo requests and answer questions about our products.
We plan to re-open our facility as soon as permitted at the local level.
